Now, my back is hurting again. I feel so heavy and feel cannot breath normally. This is always my problem , but before just easy massage then everything will be fine. Now, I cannot go to spa massage as it is so expensive. I hope I can find anybody that can massage and I can pay in reasonable price.
I really need deep massage, I can really feel it! When I sleep my back feels not even. I don't know. Hope that will be better in next days.
